Type Modifiers (multiple values can be specified at one time).

Type modifier information about used for C/C++ and Fortran 77/90/2003. For Fortran values, each rerpesents a Fortran attribute specifier from section 5.1 of the Fortran 2003 standard.

For internal use only.

These are used in a SgBitVector so that multiple values may be specified.

GNU Extension Machine Mode type modifiers (only a single value can be specified at one time).
